The program runs lessons seven days a week and includes specially prepared programs for levels from Mini to Elite, covering all skills and all levels. Players can participate in tournaments and connect with other tennis enthusiasts, and they have the option to learn from experienced coaches who have trained top-ranked players.

• Ages: 4–18 years old
• Schedule: Camps and lessons offered year-round, with camp options in the morning, afternoon, and evening, and lesson hours from 7am until dark on all days of the week

The academy is led by Kim Grant, who played in the Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon, and US Open, as well as World Team Tennis and Federation Cup for South Africa, and competed on the WTA tour, including the Bank of the West Classic at Stanford, for 18 years. The coaching staff consists of certified instructors who are highly skilled, motivated, and trained by Kim Grant, and the academy has a history that spans over several decades. The mission of Kim Grant Tennis Academy states that no player is ever turned away, including Special Needs students and students with disabilities, and that tennis is the sport for everyone, with each student nurtured and guided to succeed regardless of level and personal goals.

Families are asked to complete a Participation Waiver and Code of Conduct before entering any camp properties, and optional bus transportation between Winter Lodge and Woodside High School is available with a required transportation waiver. Make-up clinic requests must be made in writing before a missed lesson and completed before the end of each season, and a friends discount for summer camps is available by email request. Players are expected to wear athletic tennis shoes with laces, socks, athletic or tennis shorts or a skirt, and a breathable shirt, with tennis shoes (not running shoes or cross-trainers) required for Intermediate II through Elite players, and hats or visors are required, with a hat provided and charged to the family account if a player arrives without one. If a player does not have sunscreen, a bottle is provided from the pro shop and charged to the family account, and parents are asked not to pack snacks that include nuts. Lunch and snacks are not provided, staff do not take players to buy lunch, and parents may allow children to purchase snacks using a card on file by emailing permission and a list of allowed items; on days over 90 degrees, players may be offered fruit pops or popsicles unless parents opt out by email or text. Any players traveling to and from camp by bicycle must have the office notified before the start of camp.
