It follows a comprehensive training program that combines dryland workouts, swimming, and water polo for athletes of all ages and skill levels. The program is led by an experienced coaching staff. Its mission states that it is thoughtfully designed to build character, boost self-confidence, and instill a strong work ethic, with an emphasis on applying life skills such as discipline, teamwork, and perseverance beyond sports. NorCal Aquatics is the home of the 2024 12u Boys National Champions and has been operating since at least 2017.
