PandaTree says it was born to help kids practice foreign languages at home through fun, engaging conversations with interesting people. The leadership team includes Kristina Klausen, Founder/CEO; Rich Matsuura, Cofounder/Head of Product; Mingyu Sun, Senior Manager Tutor & Content Development; and Chien-Yu Lin, Tutor Manager & Content Developer. PandaTree says tutors go through a selective screening process with three to five interview rounds, including practice tutoring sessions with real children, and evaluation by managers with expertise in the tutor’s language and in children’s education. The company also says it offers a money back guarantee.
Credits don’t expire and can be shared among siblings. Unused credits are refundable. Lessons can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no charge. No-shows or lessons canceled/rescheduled within 24 hours are charged. Monthly subscriptions auto-renew every 4 weeks unless canceled. Weekly camp enrollment opens on Saturdays and lessons start on Mondays. The Language Camp is not refundable after Monday, September 14, 2026. PandaTree says if you are not 100% satisfied with your child’s session, let us know within 7 days for a full refund.
