About
Los Angeles Children’s Chorus offers choral music education and choral music performance for young people. The program also includes masterclasses as part of its musical training. Office staff are available during stated office hours for program-related support.

Los Angeles Children’s Chorus states that it provides choral music education of the highest quality to young people who represent richly diverse racial, economic, and cultural backgrounds. The program’s mission is to ignite a love of singing and to nurture the full expression of each individual’s potential for artistic and personal excellence through the collaborative experience of choral music performance.
Los Angeles Children’s Chorus is a GRAMMY Award-winning youth chorus. The program includes 9 ensembles and more than 500 choristers, with participants coming from over 80 zip codes and more than 150 schools. The organization reports providing over 1,200 instructional hours and more than $200,000 in scholarships.
The chorus performs as part of the LA Philharmonic’s Sounds About Town series, which highlights local ensembles. Testimonials describe its impact and quality, including comments from Billie Eilish, the Los Angeles Times, and Esa-Pekka Salonen.
