YMCA of Greater San Francisco Summer Camps include Traditional Camps, STEAM Camps, and Traditional & Specialty Camps that feature activities such as sports, arts, STEM, and outdoor exploration. The program also offers Traditional Overnight Camp, Mini Camp, and a Counselor In Training option for campers who wish to be a camp counselor someday and still want to experience the fun of camp. Mini Camp offers a shorter session where younger and first-time campers can sample the camp experience and all of the fun activities.

The YMCA of Greater San Francisco offers group exercise classes, group swim lessons, before and after school care, food assistance, health and wellness programs, and Reach & Rise® Mentoring. During the Studio 1 closure from 06/12–06/23, all group exercise classes in both studios will be canceled. For more than 170 years, since its establishment during the Gold Rush in 1853, the YMCA of Greater San Francisco’s mission has been to empower each person’s journey and strengthen the foundations of community. It is a 501(c)3 charitable community organization and is one of the area’s largest community service organizations, serving more than 130,000 people through 15 neighborhood branches, more than 130 program sites, and one residential camp across Marin, San Francisco, and San Mateo Counties. Employee Resource Groups include the African American Resource Network, Asian Pacific Islander Leadership Network, LGBTQ Employee Resource Group, Latinx Employee Resource Group, and Women’s Leadership Network.
