Concept Art Studio

In this 4 week block, participants will be presented with a series of art prompts.

• A movie poster to a movie (real or imagined)
• Video game design concept art from an as-yet-unreleased (imagined) game
• A book cover or illustration for a book (real or imagined)
• Character and concept art for a new animated series (imagined)

I'll go over the basics of strong character design, composition, coloring and shading as we turn our attentions onto potential projects.

Students will be able to choose from provided prompts or come with their own creative worlds and ideas from which to illustrate.

No prior experience necessary.
