About

Marin Ranch Camp offers a traditional summer camp program where campers hike, swim, boat, do archery, and go canoeing. The program also includes all-camp events such as the annual Halloween Boogie Barn Bash. Once camp is in session, drop-in visitors, including parents or other family members, are not welcomed.

• Ages: 7–17 years old
• Schedule: Sessions range from 5 to 10 days, including one 6-day session and a 10-day double session
• Price: up to 30% financial aid is available

Marin Ranch Camp is part of the Camp Doodles family and launched in the fall of 2013. The camp describes itself as Marin County's premier overnight summer camp with intentionally small enrollment numbers for each session and a camper-to-staff ratio of 8:1. The program includes Leadership-In-Training for 9th–12th graders and follows guiding principles called F.A.C.T.S.: Friendship, Adventure, Community, Tradition, Safety. The mission states that Marin Ranch Camp offers a traditional summer camp experience that is focused on fun and adventure, while always operating within a safe and secure program. The camp is partnered with the Marin County Office of Education and the Walker Creek Ranch Outdoor Education Center and notes that children get the experience of living in the woods without leaving the Bay Area.
