Its leadership team includes Terry Curley, Kia Pratschner, Storm Glover, Matt Adams, Joe Floren, Christina Toms, Noreen Irving, Jake Moritz, and Markham Connolly.

  • Scholarships — Help with fees for student-athletes and coaches to participate in events.
  • Leadership / teams support — Teams, coaches conference, coach license program, liability insurance, NICA quickstart guide, and team roster resources.

Scholarships are need based and awarded based on fund availability. Scholarships rarely exceed 50%. Scholarship recipients are required to complete an online Scholarship Fund Impact Survey upon completion of the riding season for which they received their grant. The league has four regions: Redwood, Repack, East Bay and Central.
