Petaluma Pottery offers clay classes, workshops, studio memberships, open studios, and community events. Classes and workshops focus on both functional and sculptural ceramics and use a variety of techniques. The studio invites participants to come ready to get their hands dirty.

• Schedule: Classes typically run 6 or 8 weeks, one day a week; workshops are 1, 2, or 3 day intensives. The next 8 week session will begin the week of June 22 and opened for enrollment on June 6th.

Petaluma Pottery is a community clay studio equipped with large work tables, shelving, storage, a slab roller, a coil extruder, 25 electric wheels, four electric kilns, and a variety of hand tools and other necessities available for student use. The studio is connected to the founder’s tile and pottery production studio FLM Ceramics. The program offers classes for all levels that focus on both functional and sculptural ceramics and encompass a variety of techniques that teach craftsmanship, foster creativity, serve as a social outlet, and enrich lives. Storefront hours are Mondays 10:00–5:00, Tuesdays by chance, Wednesdays 10:00–5:00, Thursdays 10:00–5:00, Fridays 10:00–5:00, and Saturdays 10:00–:300.
