About the provider

Petaluma Youth Soccer League is a non-profit organization established in 1976. Its mission is to offer organized soccer for players from 4 to 19 years old in the Petaluma area through Developmental, Recreational, and Competitive Divisions. The leadership team includes Sean Kensinger, Mark Ribeiro, Megan Crane, Lindsey Fisher, Sveinn Sigurdsson, Rebecca Timme, Ashlyn Steeves, Rafael Nunn, and Lee Reposa.

  • Referee Training — Ages 13+ · April 26th course

Registration opens April 15th and the season runs from July through October. Registration costs $130 for the season, with financial assistance available and no child/family turned away. PYSL is run by volunteers, many of whom also volunteer as coaches and hold down daytime jobs. PYSL is always looking for referees ages 13+ and offers free trainings, competitive compensation, and opportunities to develop knowledge and understanding of the game while making money.
