About
Central Coast Judo Club offers fundamental instruction in the sport of Judo for students ages 5 and up. Kids ages 5-14 meet on Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., and adults ages 15 and up meet on Monday and Wednesday from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.

About the provider
Central Coast Judo has served the central coast region for more than 40 years, first as Five Cities Judo and then as Central Coast Judo. The leadership team includes Ken Guge and Troy Wicker as Head Instructors, Jody Dowell as Instructor, and Chris Balsillie as Kids Class Instructor/Operations. The club is a member of the United States Judo Federation. Ken Guge received the rank of Shodan, First Degree Black Belt, in 2014, and he has earned his USA Judo Coaches Certificate and his Promotional Referee’s Certification. He has also completed Safesport Training and the Heads Up! Concussion In Youth Sports Training For Coaches.
Kids ages 5-14 meet Mon & Wed, 6:30-7:30pm. Adults ages 15+ meet Mon & Wed, 7:30-9pm. Monthly fee is $50/month, $40/month for each additional family member. USJF membership fee is $70.
