STS Academy and Pittsburg Unified School District (PUSD) team up to provide the PUSD Elementary After School Program, and the before and after high school program operates through the 21st Century Grant in cooperation with the district. STS Academy collaborates with other community groups to ensure opportunity for high school youth, and in cooperation with the City of Pittsburg, sponsors the Teen Center, which offers recreational activities and meals for 9th–12th grade students. The program includes a Barista Program at Pittsburg High School where students learn marketable skills while developing business skills and teamwork, and a Key Club at Pittsburg High School where members learn to lead and stand for what is right through service and volunteerism.
