CrossFit Kids at CrossFit Pleasanton includes gymnastic movements, gymnastics training, dumbbell work, kettlebell work, barbell work, conditioning, and Met-Cons. The program uses functional fitness equipment as part of its classes.

At CrossFit Pleasanton, there is a Kids Program for ages 7 to 12 and a Teen Program for ages 13 to 18. Students in both Kids and Teen programs can take a free trial class any time a normal class is run. The Teen program is a full CrossFit class. To get started with the Teen program, students have a free trial class followed by 2 Rolling Start sessions with a coach, which are two one-on-one sessions to teach and go over more complex barbell and gymnastics movements, and all Teen program students must take these Rolling Start sessions. Rolling Start sessions are scheduled with the coach and the participant to fit their schedule.

The Kids Program runs on Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m., and the Teen program runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. CrossFit Pleasanton offers a wide variety of programs and services to help people achieve health, fitness, and athletic goals, and the program is designed for universal scalability for any committed individual regardless of experience.
