The FC50 Youth Program includes youth classes, Youth Athlete Training, and seasonal Youth Camps that offer strength training, agility work, plyometrics, exercise fundamentals, flexibility, mobility, stability, and small group aerobics. The program also offers 3D body scanning, customized training, a nutrition plan, and a cardio plan. Youth Sports Consulting is available as part of the program.
