Jazz N Taps offers classes in tap, jazz, ballet, modern, hip-hop, acrobatics, and musical theater. The program includes a Four Week Summer Tuition option and a new 10 Week Session.

Jazz N Taps opened in July of 1991 and has been in operation for over 30 years. The studio has grown to over 300 students. Directors and co-owners are Sherri Sweetnam and Jennifer Buros, and the faculty is full of former Jazz N Taps dancers, with Sherri and her daughter Jennifer in leadership roles. The mission states that, while Jazz N Taps includes intensive dancers on competitive teams, it also focuses on a fun, developmental program for dancers of all ages and abilities, and it states that dance can be an integral part of students’ growth as people. Jazz N Taps takes a holistic approach to dance training by teaching dancers how to engage an audience, make healthy lifestyle choices, and have confidence to succeed on and off the stage. The studio has been voted Best Dance Studio in Pleasanton and is described as a mainstay in the Pleasanton community. At Jazz N Taps the dance experience begins and ends with fun, and the studio uses the slogan, “When in doubt, dance it out!”
