The Strathmore ‘Love Our Kids’ 5K Fun Run is a 5K fun run event held in loving memory of Gail Grasmick. Registrants are asked to complete one form for each person registering and to read a waiver carefully. Runner registration for sponsors is available, and sponsorship runners’ registration fees are waived.
• Ages: 0–18 years old
• Schedule: Saturday, April 18, 2026, with registration at 8:30 AM and the race starting at 9:00 AM
• Price: Ages 18 and under are free with registration; ages 19 and up pay $40 to enter
The event includes sponsorship levels labeled Double Platinum, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Double Platinum sponsorship is $10,000, Platinum is $5,000, Gold is $2,500, Silver is $1,500, and Bronze is $750. Double Platinum and Platinum sponsorships include a logo on the race shirt and event banner and prominent online recognition, with 20 complimentary race entries for Double Platinum and 10 for Platinum. Gold sponsorship includes a logo on the race shirt and event banner, online recognition, and 7 complimentary race entries. Silver sponsorship includes a name on the race shirt and event banner, online recognition, and 5 complimentary race entries. Bronze sponsorship includes a name on the race shirt and event banner, online recognition, and 3 complimentary race entries. The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sequoias states that it is focused on helping all young people, especially those who need them the most, to become responsible, caring, and productive members of society.
