About
Ride Above Disability Therapeutic Riding Center offers therapeutic riding for people with special needs, with individualized lessons focused on riding skills and horse-rider relationships. It also offers private lessons that are 30 minutes long, group lessons that are 40 minutes long, and extended lessons that are 45 minutes long and often include grooming, tacking up, untacking, and round penning. The sibling program is an activity for siblings and parents to share together.

About the provider
The program follows PATH Intl guidelines and standards. It serves students with physical, emotional, social, and behavioral disabilities, and siblings and parents are also taught. Volunteers may take part in lessons, help with horses, or assist in the office. Allie Sarnataro is named as volunteer coordinator, and Katie is named for horse sponsorship inquiries.

Anyone can ride with a completed physician's release and RAD enrollment forms. Tours are by appointment only. Volunteers need to be 14 years old to volunteer and 16 years old to be in lessons. Lessons are billed on a monthly basis.
