Studio Dance 4 You offers private lessons for new students and experienced students alike, along with acrobatics and tumbling, toddler dance, jazz and contemporary, beginner ballet, hip hop, kids Latin, and adult salsa. The toddler dance program includes basic ballet terms and steps and tumbling skills. The acrobatics and tumbling program focuses on fundamental acrobatic technique.
Programs
- Private lessons — new students and experienced students alike
- Acrobatics / Tumbling — Centered on fundamental acrobatic technique to increase flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, endurance, timing, body awareness, self-discipline, and confidence.
- Toddler Dance — Develop enjoyment of music and movement and a positive self-image. Basic ballet terms and steps are taught along with tumbling skills.
- Jazz / Contemporary — Teaches sharp and fluid movements to create a visually technical dance and style. Includes body isolations, stretch, turning, leaping, and technical steps.
- Beginner Ballet — Ballet is described as the backbone of all dance training. Students learn grace, elegance, technique, discipline, flexibility, stamina, and endurance.
- Hip Hop — Designed to help the dancer loosen up, gain rhythm, and have fun in an aerobic workout. Moves from MTV and other videos will be taught.
- Kids Latin — Teaches grace, femininity, and flare to Latin dancing. Focuses on arm and leg styling, body isolation technique, footwork, shines, hand and foot placements, and styling in partner dancing.
- Adult Salsa — Inspired by Latin dance and music. A Salsa workout class using merengue, salsa, pop, mambo, rumba, and flamenco. No dance experience required.
