The City of Richmond Hill states that it is not responsible for any damages, or the loss or theft of any personal property brought into its facilities, and advises residents to leave anything of value at home or lock them up while attending a program. Participation in Richmond Hill recreation programs and memberships is open to non-residents, and non-residents are welcome to sign up for Richmond Hill memberships. ActiveRH is Richmond Hill’s online registration system for Recreation and Culture programs and memberships, and up to two parents can create personal accounts and link them to the family account in ActiveRH. Late registrations are pro-rated at the time of registration, and wait lists are used to show staff when there is demand for a program so that, when possible, additional courses are created.
