School Break Programs offer full-day options on PA Days, Winter Break, and March Break. PA Day programs are full-day programs and include a variety of fun-filled activities that keep participants active, creative, and interacting with other children. All programs are nut-free, including foods with packaging that states “May Contain Nuts.”
• Ages: 4–12 years old
• Schedule: Unless otherwise stated, program hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, with optional Before School Break hours from 8:15 to 9 a.m. and After School Break hours from 4 to 5:30 p.m.
• Price: For every 15 minutes that a child is picked up after 5:30 p.m., there is a charge of $10.30 per child, with fees of $10.30 for 0–15 minutes, $20.60 for 16–30 minutes, $30.90 for 31–45 minutes, and $41.20 for 46–60 minutes.
Some programs include extended hours for before and after care in the program fee, during which participants are supervised by program staff and have games and activities available. Each day includes one lunch break and two snack breaks, and participants are expected to bring a nut-free lunch, two snacks, a pre-filled water bottle, and outdoor clothing for the outdoor component, weather permitting. Foods brought from home should not require refrigeration or a microwave. Parents or guardians must bring a completed Authorized Participant Pickup and Sign Out Form on the first day and are required to sign children in and out each day unless a self sign out form has been submitted. Medication is kept in a locked box in the facility office, and children who require prescribed medication must have a completed Participant Allergy and Medication Information Form and bring medication in original containers on the first day; severe food-related allergies must be communicated to staff on the first day.
