Arsenal Soccer Camps offers soccer training based on training sessions derived from the Arsenal academy, Hale End. Participants take part in 5 days of training with Arsenal Football Development Coaches and can be invited to London to participate in UK soccer clinics hosted by the club. Daily water and hydration are provided during the soccer camp.

Arsenal soccer camps are an exclusive opportunity for boys and girls ages 6 to 16 to experience the methodology of Arsenal and learn to “Play the Arsenal Way.” The camps welcome players at every stage of their football journey, from beginners to high-performance athletes, and cater to all abilities while each player develops both on and off the pitch. Participants enjoy a nurturing and fun environment, and the programme goes beyond just football development and translates into everyday life. Players learn how to be effective team players, efficient movers and lifelong learners while being challenged to acquire a champion mentality. Campers receive an Arsenal Football Development certificate of completion, and Arsenal Soccer Camps will take place in 50 cities across the United States of America.
The Arsenal Football Development philosophy is about engaging and interacting with young people and is built around the Strong Young Gunner model, which emphasizes four development areas: Champion mentality, Effective team players, Efficient movers, and Lifelong learners. Training sessions are derived from the Arsenal academy, Hale End, which has produced homegrown players such as Tony Adams, Bukayo Saka, Ethan Nwaneri, Jack Wilshere, Cesc Fàbregas, Myles Lewis-Skelly and Max Dowman. Per Mertesacker leads the Arsenal academy, and Arsenal F.C. was founded in 1886.
All successful coaches undergo internal Club training, which gives them the knowledge and understanding of implementing the Arsenal Football Development Philosophy and teaching the Arsenal Way. The coaches’ training continues with the Club as they participate in continuous professional development events.
