Art Classes for Kids & Teens takes place in Richmond Art Center’s studios, which are restricted access and open only to registered students. Gallery admission connected with the program is free, and parking at Richmond Art Center is also free. Some Teaching Artists for Art Classes for Kids & Teens require masks to be worn in their classes, and these mask requirements are listed in individual class listings.
As part of Richmond Art Center’s 90th anniversary, the organization invites the community, including families in Art Classes for Kids & Teens, to share memories and reflections on what Richmond Art Center means to them. Richmond Art Center has been sharing art and creating with the community since 1936. Richmond Art Center’s studios and galleries are on one level and no stairs are required for entry.
