Art of Kickboxing offers classes in kickboxing, boxing, Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). The program also offers 1-on-1 private personal training in kickboxing, boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, as well as private small or large group and corporate group personal training and a Women’s Beginner Kickboxing Seminar.
• Ages: 6–18 years old
• Schedule: Class options are available Monday–Friday in the late afternoon and evening, with additional classes on Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons.

Art of Kickboxing was founded with a stated focus on creating martial arts classes and training programs specifically for beginners, with a stated goal of providing a safe, respectful, welcoming, bully-free and intimidation-free, structured space where beginners can learn kickboxing, boxing, Muay Thai, and MMA from the beginning, with affordable memberships and 1-on-1 personal training packages. Head Coach Kris is the founder and team head coach and has over 9 years of experience teaching and training individuals and groups in martial arts, fitness, and bodybuilding, with over 10,000 coaching hours including one-on-one personal training. The coaching team includes Coach Jimmy (kickboxing coach), Coach Heidi (kickboxing and martial arts coach), Coach Allen (kickboxing coach), Coach Jeevan (kickboxing coach and BSc Kinesiology student at Simon Fraser University), Coach Daniel (Muay Thai coach), and Coach Joe (lead instructor for No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes). Coach Joe is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and multi-time champion, including Three-Time NAGA Champion (2013, 2014, 2015), IBJJF Pan American Champion (2014), and IBJJF World Champion (2015).
The program describes itself as beginner-friendly for kickboxing, boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, and BJJ, with structured small-group youth and adult classes of about 8–10 students.
