Art of Kickboxing offers structured small-group classes where students practice kickboxing, boxing, Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). The program includes kids classes focused on boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai fundamentals, as well as No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, Muay Thai fundamental classes, and kickboxing fundamental classes. It also offers 1-on-1 private personal training in kickboxing, boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, and BJJ, along with private small or large group and corporate personal training.

• Schedule: Class options are available Monday–Friday in the late afternoon and evening, with additional classes on Saturday mornings and Sunday afternoons.

Head Coach Kris is the founder and team head coach at Art of Kickboxing and has over 9 years of experience teaching and training individuals and groups in martial arts, fitness, and bodybuilding, with decades of involvement in kickboxing, boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, and MMA, competition experience in kickboxing, boxing, and BJJ, and silver medals in Canadian BJJ competitions including the Compnet Western Canadian Championship. Coach Joe, the lead instructor for No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, a three-time NAGA Champion (2013, 2014, 2015), IBJJF Pan American Champion (2014), and IBJJF World Champion (2015). The leadership team also includes Coach Jimmy (kickboxing coach), Coach Heidi (kickboxing and martial arts coach with over 10 years of Chinese Traditional Kung Fu and Lion Dance background), Coach Allen (kickboxing coach with advanced kickboxing and intermediate boxing and Muay Thai training), Coach Jeevan (kickboxing coach and BSc Kinesiology student at Simon Fraser University), and Coach Daniel (Muay Thai coach specializing in fundamental Muay Thai classes).
