The Kumon Math and Reading Program uses math worksheets, reading worksheets, and “look, listen and repeat” worksheets. Children work on activities such as pencil holding exercises, counting, writing numbers, mental calculations, addition, subtraction, identifying nouns, verbs and adjectives, and using those parts of speech within sentences. As they advance, students solve a wide range of math problems, study complex texts in literature, and can complete math, reading and English worksheets using a tablet and stylus through Kumon Connect.
