About
The Little Gym offers gymnastics, dance, parent/child classes, pre-K gymnastics, and grade school gymnastics, along with kids birthday parties, camps, and Parent Survival Night. The Little Gym gyms are safe spaces for children and parents to explore gymnastics and more. Parent Survival Night is an event that gives parents a break while children participate at the gym.

This year marks 50 years since The Little Gym first opened its doors, with the first location opening in 1976 in Bellevue, Washington. The Little Gym is the place where children ages 4 months to 12 years learn and grow through movement-based learning and imaginative play, using a Three-Dimensional Learning philosophy that includes Get Moving, Brain Boost, and Citizen Kid dimensions. The program follows a positive, non-competitive spirit in its classes and has gyms across the globe, forming a global community of families, instructors, and local business owners. The Little Gym was founded by Robin Wes.
One parent shared that they have been happy with the growth they have seen in their son since he has been in classes at The Little Gym and that he loves going to class, mentioning staff member Ms. Stephanie Poorman. Another parent said they love going every week and named coach Joy as “the best.” A third parent described it as the “sweetest gym in town,” noting high cleanliness standards, safety practices, and kind and fun staff, and said their family is glad The Little Gym opened in Grant Park.
