Chad Shepherd Academy of MMA/BJJ offers Warriors classes in MMA and Jiu-Jitsu for ages 7-11, Teen classes in MMA and Jiu-Jitsu for ages 12-15, and Adults classes in MMA and Jiu-Jitsu for ages 16 and up. Classes are ongoing, and the schedule page states that classes are Monday-Friday.

About the provider

Professor Chad is the owner and head instructor at CSA. He is a USMC veteran and retired MMA pro with over 35 years of teaching experience, and the business says he holds black belts in multiple disciplines. The studio describes itself as family-friendly, veteran and locally owned, and a close-knit, supportive community. Its mission is to impart martial skills with integrity and humility, fostering a respectful and inclusive environment.

Classes are on-going. Exceptions can be made for starting age depending on level of physical and emotional maturity. The first lesson is recommended with a parent present. Bringing a friend to the intro lesson is encouraged.
