Flying Frog Academy

Flying Frog Academy offers parkour and aerial silks for children and teens. The program takes place in a facility described as Sonoma County's premier parkour gym and a place for both experienced and new parkour practitioners to train. Families can also access a virtual tour of the facility.

• Ages: 3–18 years old
• Schedule: Front desk hours Monday–Friday 2:15 pm–6:30 pm and Saturday 9:45 am–12:45 pm

Flying Frog Academy was established in 2012. The program’s mission is to introduce “Better Living Through Movement” through non-traditional movement-based sports and to teach children and adults to move their bodies in new ways, gain confidence, become stronger, more coordinated, and more in touch with their bodies through parkour. Carolina Wolohan has teamed up with Flying Frog Academy to offer aerial silks classes.
