Foxtail Golf Club Junior Golf Programs include specific activities such as The First Tee, US Kids Camps, PGA Junior League 13u and 17u, the North Bay Junior Golf League (High School), and a Junior Golf Club Tournament Series. The programs also offer Junior Golf Camps & Clinics, a Tournament Series program, access to the North Bay Junior Golf League, and participation in other junior tours and Youth on Course.

Foxtail Golf Club has achieved designation as a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary through the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program for Golf Courses, which is endorsed by the United States Golf Association. CourseCo is described as the most decorated management company in terms of environmental awards. The facility includes extensive native acreage, reduced irrigated areas to conserve water, established buffers around water bodies, excellent wildlife habitat, and ongoing water quality testing.
