Spreckels Theatre Education Program (STEP) offers junior shows, youth camps, and youth classes. The program produces a winter/spring production in the Condiotti studio space and a summer camp production on the Codding stage, along with additional junior shows each year, youth camps, and youth classes.

Founded in 1990, Spreckels Theatre Education Program (STEP) strives to provide a professional educational experience for the young talent of Sonoma County. Spreckels Theatre Company has been the most-awarded theatre company in the North Bay for more than a decade. It operates within the Spreckels Performing Arts Center, a city-owned and operated facility that serves as a rental venue for local and touring productions and welcomes local professional and educational dance companies, concert performances, and touring productions throughout the year.
