About
Super Kids Camp includes daily activities in sports, drama, science, and art. Campers also take part in a field trip, use a pool, climb on a rock climbing wall, and participate in a special “Fun Friday.”
• Ages: 5–11 years old
• Schedule: Eight-week program running from June 8 to July 31, 2026
• Price: Competitive pricing is offered compared to the surrounding Sonoma County summer camps
Sonoma State University's Super Kids Camp was founded in 1992 and runs annually, hosting over a hundred campers per day during its eight-week program. Campers are grouped into littles (age 5–6), middles (age 7–8), and bigs (age 9–11), and with the schedule, each child will experience art, science, drama, and sports. Counselors are Sonoma State University students, and the program maintains an eight-to-one camper to counselor ratio. Counselors work to create and teach age-appropriate lessons in art, science, drama, and sports, and the camp offers unique, fun, and educational activities daily in a stated safe environment for all campers. The program’s mission states that it emphasizes learning because children often forget much of what they have learned during the school year.
