About
Super Kids Camp includes daily activities in sports, drama, science, and art. Campers also take part in a field trip, use a pool, climb on a rock climbing wall, and join a special “Fun Friday” each week.
• Ages: 5–11 years old
• Schedule: Eight-week program running from June 8 to July 31, 2026
Sonoma State University's Super Kids Camp was founded in 1992 and runs as an annual camp that hosts over a hundred campers per day during its eight-week program. Campers are grouped into littles (ages 5–6), middles (ages 7–8), and bigs (ages 9–11). Counselors are Sonoma State University students, and the program maintains an eight-to-one camper to counselor ratio. Counselors are described as positive role models for campers and are committed to campers’ education. The camp offers unique, fun, and educational activities daily in a safe environment. The stated mission is for children to learn and improve, expand on sports, drama, science, and art knowledge, and improve their social interaction skills in a safe environment. Parking instructions direct families to enter the campus off East Cotati, turn right at the stop sign, and drive to Parking Lot C (30-minute parking), then drive straight through the lot to reach the Campus Recreation building.
