Kids’ Summer Camps / Martial Arts Camp includes martial arts, a ninja obstacle course, fight scene choreography, weapons training, and board breaking. Campers also take part in Nerf games, Lego building, and water balloon activities during these one-week kids camp sessions.

Kids’ Summer Camps / Martial Arts Camp is held at THE STUDIO Martial Arts & Fitness, which features an indoor ninja course with a warped wall and other obstacles like those seen on the TV show American Ninja Warrior. The program is open to the public, and no membership is required. Camp #1 runs June 15–June 19, Camp #2 runs July 6–July 10, and Camp #3 runs July 27–July 31, with Morning Camp from 9 am–12 pm, Afternoon Camp from 1 pm–4 pm, and All-Day Camp from 9 am–4 pm.
THE STUDIO Martial Arts & Fitness is operated by Master Amitis Pourarian, an 8th Degree Black Belt with more than 25 years of teaching experience. THE STUDIO is a Kukkiwon school, and instructors are Kukkiwon-certified and teach Kukkiwon-style Taekwondo poomsae (forms). THE STUDIO is a member of the Moo Do Taekwondo Association and has multiple coaches who have qualified to compete on American Ninja Warrior. THE STUDIO’s motto is “strong bodies and clear minds,” and its stated goal is to help change lives for the better, both physically and mentally, through martial arts and fitness.
THE STUDIO Martial Arts & Fitness has been a part of the Roseville area for more than a decade, serving Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, and surrounding communities. It regularly hosts special community events, including kids summer camp, self defense classes, fundraisers for local groups, and a variety of fitness workshops, and also hosts a fundraising event every month for a charity or a person in need, supporting a number of charities both locally and nationwide.
THE STUDIO Martial Arts & Fitness has been voted best martial arts school 15 years in a row.
