• Ages: 4–16 years old
• Schedule: 6u Fall Ball teams practice and play on Fridays during the fall season; Sliding Clinic sessions are 45 minutes each

The mission of Roseville Girls Softball is to foster, develop, promote, and expand recreational softball for girls age 4–16 in the Roseville area, and to promote friendly competition with the goal of educating players about softball, sportsmanship, teamwork, fellowship, courtesy, discipline, and integrity. The league is supported by volunteers who serve as board members, organize fundraisers and clinics, distribute equipment and uniforms, and maintain fields. The website shares information about program structure, registration, clinics, drills, field maintenance, and fundraising. Fall Ball 2026 can host up to 22 teams across all divisions, with all divisions waitlisted as of 7/7/2026, and waitlisted players accepted on a first-come, first-served basis by forming additional teams or increasing players per team. Players in the 8u–16u Fall Ball program compete against teams from other local leagues in the NorCal Fall Ball program, including Sunday doubleheaders between tournaments, and the league is affiliated with USA Softball Sacramento and Nor Cal Softball.

The 6u Fall Ball program is described as a fun, developmental option for young players who are new to the game or building foundational softball skills, with an emphasis on fundamentals, teamwork, and having fun, using small-sided games and volunteer coaches who focus on positive development. The Sliding Clinic with Slide MVP is led by certified Slide MVP instructors and focuses on teaching athletes how to slide safely, confidently, and effectively by breaking down proper technique, body control, timing, approach, footwork, pop-up slides, and safe landing mechanics, with an emphasis on confidence and injury prevention. Each Sliding Clinic session lasts 45 minutes, with three sessions offered from 9:00–9:45am, 10:00–10:45am, and 11:00–11:45am, and the clinic is only available to players registered in the RGS Fall Ball program. RGS Board applications are open for the 2026–27 RGS Board, and the board meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. A spirit wear store offers league-branded options in multiple styles and colors.
