Balance Dance Project

Balance Dance Project offers dance classes with options for a trial class, single class, weekly class, and unlimited classes. The program also provides access to studio space that can be booked at an hourly rate for individual practice or group sessions.

Balance Dance Project is a non-profit dance studio that serves youth ages 8 to 17 and provides a safe creative space for young adults who want to grow their passion for dance. Balance Dance Project came to life at the beginning of 2020. The organization is led by owner and creative director Heather Singleteary. Balance Dance Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. The program’s mission is to make dance accessible to all and to make a difference in the Sacramento community, one dancer at a time. As part of its community involvement, Balance Dance Project has performed at the California State Fair in 2022, Sacramento Republic FC matches in 2021 and 2023, and Tahoe Park Neighborhood Association events.
