About
Planet Gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics classes that include gymnastics, Ninja, Tiny Tumblers, Gym Stars, K Stars, Girls/Boys Level 1–4 gymnastics, and the No Limits: Adaptive Gymnastics program. Classes use circuits and the four main events of vault, bars, beam, and floor, and Tiny Tumblers uses tot-size apparatus with toddlers participating alongside a parent or caregiver.
• Ages: 0–18 years old
• Schedule: Tiny Tumblers classes are 50 minutes and Gym Stars classes are 55 minutes
Planet Gymnastics is a recreational, non-competitive gymnastics center that focuses on individual performance rather than competition. Gymnastics skills are introduced in a fun and progressive manner, and yearly lesson plans and skill sheets are used to track progress. Girls and Boys programs include bi-monthly skill evaluations so gymnasts can advance at their own pace, and the program offers gymnastics as cross-training for other sports. Tiny Tumblers classes limit one parent or caregiver on the floor at a time. The No Limits: Adaptive Gymnastics program serves children with diverse physical, developmental, or intellectual needs and uses lower ratios. The mission of Planet Gymnastics states that gymnastics stimulates a love for learning, that programs are non-competitive, and that the focus is on individual performance to build self-confidence and motivation by creating challenges every child can accomplish. The program invites families to call to book a trial class.
