Natomas Youth Soccer League offers the U6-U8 Grassroots Program, the U10-U12 CSA Recreational Program, the U14-U19 NorCal Super Rec Program, a Competitive Program, and UPSL: Semi Pro League. The U6-U8 program introduces children to recreational soccer while developing vital skills and teamwork. The U10-U12 program is a springboard for young athletes and promotes long-term player development, and the U14-U19 program offers local competition for boys and girls.

- UPSL: Semi Pro League — U-23 players · The league operates year-round and comprises two seasons each calendar year.

The mission of Natomas Youth Soccer League is to provide athletes of all ages and skill levels with an outstanding soccer experience, benefiting players and their families.
