Natomas Youth Soccer League offers soccer programs that include the U6-U8 Grassroots Program, the U10-U12 CSA Recreational Program, the U14-U19 NorCal Super Rec Program, a Competitive Program, and a UPSL Semi Pro League. The U6-U8 Grassroots Program is committed to sparking a love for soccer in young athletes, and the U10-U12 CSA Recreational Program serves as a springboard for athletes in those age groups. The U14-U19 NorCal Super Rec Program offers exciting local competition that encourages young athletes to stay active and play longer.

The Natomas Youth Soccer League (NYSL) and Natomas United UPSL (NU) state that they are committed to providing athletes of all ages and skill levels with an outstanding soccer experience, benefiting players and their families. The league describes its environment as inclusive and notes that it offers personalized coaching and what it calls unforgettable adventures. The NYSL Competitive Program, in collaboration with NorCal Premier Soccer, US Club Soccer, and the Positive Coaching Alliance, is committed to nurturing the forthcoming generation of exceptional soccer athletes.

NYSL is a non-profit organization managed by volunteers who devote their time and effort to meet the needs of the club and the local community. The organization lists experienced coaches who bring a wealth of knowledge and passion. The leadership team includes David Smith (Head of Performance), Jes Vargas (League President), Rudy Ruvalcaba (Director of Coaching), Andre Haynes (2nd VP of Competitive), Claudine Liggins (League Registrar), Jose Romero (Director of Fields and Scheduling), Shawn Satterfield (League Treasurer), Lina Villegas (League Secretary), John Harvey (Director of Officiating), and Felipe Santamaria (Director of Equipment).
