Planet Gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics classes that use circuits and the four main events of vault, bars, beam, and floor. The program includes gymnastics, Ninja, Tiny Tumblers, Gym Stars, K Stars, Girls/Boys Level 1–4 gymnastics, and the No Limits: Adaptive Gymnastics program. Tiny Tumblers classes are 50 minutes long, and Gym Stars classes are 55 minutes long.

Across programs, the gym uses yearly lesson plans and skill sheets to track progress and emphasizes developing balance, strength, flexibility, coordination, spatial awareness, and fitness. Only one parent or caregiver is allowed on the floor at a time.
