Rodina Elite Gymnastics Academy (REGA) Gymnastics Programs offer women’s competitive gymnastics and acrobatics. The program uses equipment such as a gymnastics spring floor, trampoline, tumble track, double mini, an acrobatic rodd floor, and a standard set of women’s competitive gymnastics apparatus. The facility also includes a separate Tots gym, a dance room, and a party room.

• Schedule: Operating hours Monday–Friday from 4:00pm to 9:00pm
Rodina Elite Gymnastics Academy was founded by husband-and-wife coaching team Yulia Rodina and Eduard Rizvanov, who bring decades of experience coaching Junior Olympic, Elite, and Acrobatic athletes. Their daughters, Viktoriya and Alina, are also involved; Viktoriya now coaches and helps guide the next generation, while Alina competes at the Optional and Acrobatic levels. At REGA, the stated mission is to help every child reach their full potential, grow with confidence, and “DREAM BIG.” Since opening in Sacramento, REGA has produced multiple USA National Team members in 2019, 2023, and 2025, along with numerous State, Regional, National, and International champions, and their athletes have represented the United States on the world stage. REGA is described as a true family gym, with a family-focused environment and a coaching philosophy that focuses on safety, strong fundamentals, proper progressions, and building confident, disciplined young athletes.
