Tao of the Tiger Martial Arts & Karate teaches karate and self defense. It also offers fitness for all and a semi private black belt program.

Programs

• Karate and self defense — kids and adults of all ages · Since July 2005 Tao of the Tiger Martial Arts Center has been teaching karate and self defense. Kids starting ages 7, adults starting ages 18.
• Women's Self Defense System — 2 classes every Saturday, start times 11:00 am and 12:45 pm · Started April 23, 2022. Reserve by emailing [email protected] or call 916-806-6014.
• Fitness for all — Develops strength, enduramce and flexibility.
• Semi private black belt program — Learn how to disarm and teach gunman to respect you.

About the provider

The program opened in 2005 and has taught karate and self defense since July 2005. Its mission statement is to enhance community safety by implementing anti-bully and karate programs.

2 week Trial for $39.00 includes uniform. Mention you saw us here at this website and receive first 3 classes free. Virtual classes are offered for those who cannot be physically in class due to a virus or flu or even a simple common cold.
