TumbleBuddies Gymnastics offers beginning gymnastics classes for kids that include basic American Sign Language learning. The program also hosts gymnastics birthday parties, seasonal camps, and babysitting nights that include gymnastics activities and play. Gymnastics birthday parties include exclusive use of the facility, exciting activities for all guests, and a free class pass for each child.

TumbleBuddies Gymnastics is a boutique gymnastics studio designed just for kids, with small class sizes and individualized attention. The program includes fun weekly themes and weekly themed lessons such as decades week (60's, 70's, 80's, 90's), Rock-n-roll week, Luau week, holiday-themed activities, and themes like dinosaurs and cars. Classes use state-of-the-art equipment designed specifically for young learners and are structured to build confidence and help children develop coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility. The program offers options for all abilities, proudly welcomes and supports neurodivergent children, and provides a calm, sensory-friendly environment with patient, understanding coaches.
The owner has over 20 years of coaching experience, and the lead coach has over 23 years of experience, supported by highly trained, experienced, and loving instructors. TumbleBuddies Gymnastics offers flexible payment options for families and a free trial class. The gym maintains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment and is vendored with Alta Regional Center, serving families across East Sacramento and surrounding areas. The mission of TumbleBuddies Gymnastics is to help every child grow in confidence, coordination, and strength through real gymnastics technique taught in a fun, supportive, and loving environment, with a coaching approach that is loving, positive, and focused on growth rather than perfection.
