YMCA Youth Sports includes activities such as basketball, esports, dodgeball, golf, flag football, tennis, pickleball, soccer, volleyball, and a youth sports league. The program also connects participants with Junior Golf Clinics powered by the Payne Stewart Golf Academy, tennis lessons and clinics, and pickleball workshops and private lessons. Additional offerings connected with the YMCA of Superior California include the Rockets Swim Team, swim lessons, aqua fitness classes, lap swimming, family swim times, group fitness classes, personal training, and special events such as the Floating Pumpkin Patch.
