Lacrosse The Bay offers Fall Academy, K–2 Intro To Lacrosse, the Salinas Beginner Clinic Series, and Spring Rec Teams. The sessions include sports psychology, skill work, free play, and beginner lacrosse instruction, and the Spring Rec Teams include practices during the week and games on weekends.

- Fall Academy — Boys and girls, every skill level · Starts Sept 2026 · Sports psychology, skill work, and free play in every session. Roster filling now.
- K–2 Intro To Lacrosse — K–2 · Fridays from Sept 18, 4:00–5:30 · First stick, first goal, zero pressure. Ninety minutes on Friday afternoons. Roster almost full.
- Salinas Beginner Clinic Series — Boys and girls, grades 1–8 · Fridays, 3:30–4:30 PM, Oct 2–Oct 30 · Free beginner clinic series for kids who have never held a stick.
- Spring Rec Teams — Kids · Practices all week, games on weekends · Peninsula & Salinas clubs; games vs. Santa Cruz, San Jose, Hollister. Practices all week, games on weekends, a jersey and a home field of their own.

About the provider
Lacrosse The Bay says it has taught lacrosse to kids across the Monterey Bay since Spring 2021. It describes itself as a community effort, with parents helping by coaching, running a sideline, or cheering. The program also says every player signs the LTB Player Contract before every season.
