ABC Academy Preschool

ABC Academy Preschool includes weekly study units, small group activities, circle time, and play-based learning. The program offers a well-structured academic program for children and a dynamic learning environment. The staff consists of six teachers and maintains a child-to-teacher ratio of 5:1.

ABC Academy Preschool was established in 1980. ABC Academy was established in 1980 by Carolyn Handelin, its owner and operator, and her daughter Lauren Shaw serves as the Director and Co-Owner. Teachers are CPR and first aid certified, background checked, and possess ECE units. The program sends a monthly newsletter to all parents with information about Units of Study, the Hot Lunch Menu, and the Share Day Calendar. Daily tours are available by call or email scheduling. ABC Academy Preschool states that it is dedicated to the highest quality of child care and that it nurtures each child's development with a combination of academics, motor skill development, and social interaction, incorporating every opportunity to enhance the child's educational and personal growth.
