ABC Academy Preschool includes weekly study units, small group activities, circle time, and play-based learning. The program offers a well-structured academic program for children in a dynamic learning environment, supported by a child-to-teacher ratio of 5:1 and a staff of six teachers. Daily tours are available by call or email scheduling.

ABC Academy Preschool was established in 1980. ABC Academy was established in 1980 by Carolyn Handelin, its owner and operator, and her daughter Lauren Shaw now serves as the Director and Co-Owner. The mission of ABC Academy Preschool states that it is dedicated to the highest quality of child care and that it nurtures each child's development with a combination of academics, motor skill development, and social interaction, incorporating every opportunity to enhance the child's educational and personal growth. Teachers are CPR and first aid certified, are background checked, and possess ECE units. A monthly newsletter is prepared and sent to all parents with information about Units of Study, the Hot Lunch Menu, and the Share Day Calendar.
