Art Abloom offers a wide range of hands-on art activities, including drawing, painting, printmaking, clay, sewing, sculpture, collage, and found object assemblage. The program also includes art walks, monthly art discussions, and parties for both adults and children.
• Ages: 0–18 years old
• Schedule: Ski Week session runs 2/16–2/19 from 10:00am–2:00pm, with mixed-age and toddler spring classes offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at various daytime and evening times
Art Abloom is described as Marin's premier art studio for toddlers to adults and operates as Art Abloom Studio & Gallery. It was founded in 1990 in Santa Barbara by Gabriella Spina Drake and relocated to San Anselmo in 2002. According to its mission statement, Art Abloom focuses on inspiring imagination, creativity, and a lifelong love of art, with group or private classes that emphasize process and use a wide range of media in a creative, nurturing, stimulating, and non-competitive environment, along with hosting parties, art walks, and monthly art discussions.
