Old School Martial Arts offers classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Boxing. The program includes options for both kids and adults and provides expert instruction for complete beginners through advanced athletes. Classes are organized as progressive sessions for kids, teens, and adults that focus on technique, conditioning, and discipline.

• Schedule: Class options Monday–Friday between 10:30AM and 8:00PM

Instruction is led by a BJJ black belt and professional Muay Thai coaches with decades of real-world training and competition experience. The gym offers authentic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai, along with Boxing, in a family-friendly environment and community built on respect, tradition, and personal growth. Students from San Rafael, Fairfax, and across Marin County choose Old School Martial Arts for their martial arts training. The program offers a free one-week trial and a free trial class and states that it provides among the highest quality martial arts instruction in the Bay Area.
