Coastal Kiddos offers summer camp, day camp, and after school programs for children ages 5 to 16. Activities include outdoor games, hikes, creative activities, creative crafts, nature-based lessons, exploration, learning, and play. About the provider
Brooks is the founder and head teacher, and the leadership team also includes Zora, Mariela, and Hannah. Brooks has over 10 years of experience working with children, and Coastal Kiddos says it has supported partners for the past five years. The program says its mission is to reconnect children with the outdoors and connect kids in San Diego to the natural world around them. It has pledged 1% of annual sales to environmental and social causes through 1% for the Planet, and partners supported include Foster the Earth, Farm Link Project, and WILDCOAST.
