Mockingbird is a nonprofit theater and a registered 501(c)3 California nonprofit, and its programs are run on donations from supporters and contributions of passion, creativity, and talent from its community. All Hands On Deck! is described as a family-friendly game show, while Uncensored All Hands On Deck is for a late night, adult crowd and is not family-friendly. Telenovela improv is performed in English with minimal Spanish needed, and RADIO ’47 is described as an immersive, improvised old-time radio play experience with sound effects, sponsor commercials, and behind-the-scenes elements. Let Me Have It! has an all-femme cast and features innovative formats and diverse voices within San Diego’s comedy scene, and SmackDown Sunday features independent teams competing for a championship title with the audience voting for the winner, with at least one independent team in residence at the theater at any time.
