SD Trick + Flip

SD Trick + Flip offers tricking classes, ninja classes, and tumbling skills through an all-ages tricking program. The program also includes cheer teams, stunt classes, and cheer fundamentals, along with Mommy and Me classes. Families can also take part in Open Gym and Parent Night Out events.

Open Gym is a flexible fitness and recreation time where individuals can use the gym's equipment and facilities without structured classes, and it is offered on Wednesdays from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm and Fridays from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Parent Night Out events give athletes extra gym time while parents have adult time. Mommy and Me classes are available with flexible drop-in classes and convenient monthly enrollment options. Tricking at SD Trick + Flip combines martial arts kicks with flips and twists from gymnastics, as well as ground work from breakdancing, with a focus on developing strength, agility, and coordination. The program is led by expert instructors. Trick and Flip’s tricking classes have been popular at its sister company, Cali Coast Elite, for 12 years, and Cali Coast Elite is an all-star cheerleading gym. SD Trick + Flip has a dedicated space at T+F for tricking classes that have been popular at Cali Coast Elite for 12 years.
