Plunge San Diego Swim Lessons offers group swim lessons, private swim lessons, recreational swim, lap swim, water aerobics, aqua workouts, Shallow Water Aqua, Deep Water Aqua, Toddler Time, Plunge Masters, San Diego Adventure Camp, and access to a pool and inflatable obstacle course. The program includes large group parent-and-child swim lessons for babies ages 6–36 months and a swim lesson level structure that includes Plunge Babies, Bush Babies, Tamarins, Spider Monkeys, and Chimpanzees. Aquasafe Lane Rental and Plunge Elite are also available as part of the program options.

• Schedule: Group swim lessons meet once a week for 30 minutes over 4 consecutive weeks; private swim lessons are 30 minutes each and billed monthly; lap swim and recreational swim are available daily, with recreational swim and obstacle course access limited to 10am–7pm; San Diego Adventure Camp runs 9am–3pm.
• Price: Group swim lessons cost $69 for members and $99 for non-members per 4-week session; private swim lessons cost $219 for members and $249 for non-members for a 4-week month, with an added charge on months with 5 lessons.
