Girls Unite Soccer Club offers Microsoccer, recreational soccer, NorCal Premier Competitive Travel soccer, futsal, sand soccer, beach soccer, and soccer skills development. The program also includes Winter Futsal, year-round technical sessions, interactive workshops, team-building activities, and spring, summer, and winter break camps.

Founded in 2015, Girls Unite Soccer Club is a girls-centered, non-profit soccer club that fields teams in NorCal Premier and San Francisco Youth Soccer leagues and offers all levels of play from Microsoccer to Competitive Travel, as well as Winter Futsal. The club’s mission states that it uses soccer as a tool for empowerment, leadership, and creating safe, inclusive spaces, with a focus on centering girls in youth sports and supporting their growth on and off the pitch while building soccer skills, character, and community. Girls Unite is led by founder Lindsay Kauffman, along with coach Kilee Quigley, who has been on the U.S. Women’s Beach Soccer National Team since 2019 and has a 17-year coaching background, and previous UC-Santa Cruz Head Coach Lilia Dosalmas, plus an all-female coaching staff whose members have earned accolades in high school, college, international championships, and youth player development. Lindsay Kauffman served as assistant coach for the Gold Medal winning 2013 USA Maccabi Women’s Team and was named San Francisco Unified School District Women’s Soccer Coach of the Year in 2014.
The club offers a female-centered training environment with programs for players of all ages and aspirations, including futsal and sand soccer, year-round technical sessions, special guests, interactive workshops, team-building activities, and seasonal camps. Girls Unite reports robust mentorship programs and year-round player development, is one of the few clubs to offer health and retirement benefits for coaches, and is committed to increasing the opportunities, visibility, and leadership of women in soccer while leading female coaching mentorship and development. Through programs and initiatives rooted in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, the club states that it focuses on creating spaces where every player feels valued and empowered, and currently 10% of Girls Unite players receive scholarships.
